Export Sales Executive
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have experience in B2B Sales
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Export Sales
• Preferably with experience in FMCG Industries

Job description:

1. The core purpose of this position is to be an effective member of the sales team running the sales operations; and achieve assigned sales targets, while maintaining maximum customer satisfaction level.
2. Effectively executing customer sales covering appropriate leads generation, inquiries handling, and pre-sales activities;
3. Executing the sales closing and accurate sales outcome data recording for later analysis;
4. Executing the acceptance and validation of the sales orders, accuracy of the customer account information, and efficient processing of approved orders;
5. Effectively managing sales collection and on-time submission
6. Maintaining high accuracy and organization of customer data in the CRM;
7. Resolving customer complaints and issues with utmost priority and focus, safeguarding the organization’s prominent and positive image in the market;
8. Introducing new products into the market, either for initial market assessment purposes or as regular product sales;
9. Develop potential channels for maximizing the volume of new lines.
